Morning all!
Today is Shrove/Pancake Tuesday, so I was busy this morning running a pancake breakfast here at work. Omg I'm so full.
Last night was very low key for us. Derek worked away while I painted my nails. Oh so productive.
Tonight we're headed down to Lowes to take advantage of a sale on in stock carpet.
How is everyone today??

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

Re: Good Morning!
Yay Fat Tuesday! Michigan (and a few other Midwestern states?) has the paczki tradition. I've actually never had one. Of course I decide to start being more conscious of what I eat the day before Fat Tuesday.
But I'll stick to it.
Good morning, all. Back to work after a nice long weekend, which was really productive. I managed to exercise Friday - Monday (including and 11-mile run yesterday), get about 3,000 words done for my short story, and finish my book club book. Nothing too exciting, but good all the same.
Today at work, I am transcribing an audio file even though I was assured that the task wouldn't fall on me. But now because an admin didn't finish it, I have to do it. Grr. Yes, because writing and transcription are totally the same thing.
Tonight will be low key at home--tacos, then reading, then bed. Have a great day, all!
I'm not bad today. I managed to sleep in a bit this morning but my neck is feeling pretty painful this morning and I think that is going to turn into a headache.
In a few minutes I'm going to try and get a run in and then later this afternoon I have a massage appointment with another RMT at my regular place who also does accupuncture. I'm willing to do almost anything to help with my almost constant neck pain and tension and I'm hoping the combo of massage and accupuncture will do the trick.
Tonight we are going to have chocolate chip pancakes for dinner so I need to go get some chocolate chips! I've never been one to indulge on Fat Tuesday but I think being pregnant gives me the perfect opportunity this year and I might see if I can find a paczki when I go out later today. Otherwise, I'm going to have myself a donut!
Good morning, ladies
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RAYNES!!!
Not much going on here. Exercise in the morning, work until 6 or 7, sleep, repeat.
Have a great day, everyone!
Happy Bday Raynes!!
Last night was very productive. I got some cleaning done, got a workout in, and got some bills paid.
Today has been good so far. I may have sat on my couch and cried for a few minutes this morning because my baby boy turns 7 today. Man its just not real to me that he is growing up. We are going to have a breakfast supper (pancakes, sausage, bacon, and eggs) with my grandmother tonight. It is jordan's favorite meal. I am taking off at 12 to go to home and get his cake and ice cream to head up to the school to have a little "party" with his class.
Morning ladies.
I am exhausted, but FINALLY feeling like myself. Zach decided that 3:00 am was party time in his crib until about 5:00. Lets just say I was NOT impressed. He was not a happy camper when I got him up at 6:15, but hey such is life. Grrrr.
Anyhow, I am trying to stay productive as I really am not in the mood to be here today. I am already counting down the hours until 4. I am however looking forward to hearing if we are getting our PBI bonus this year. Our board meets in the next couple of days so I am anxious to hear.
Tonight will be a typical night at home.
Have a great day ladies!
Happy birthday raynes and Jordan!
Last night wasn't great. Darian has a cold (probably caught from a birthday party on Saturday) and was kind of fussy, so I let him sleep in my bed while V slept in the other room. But he was still up a lot. We're skipping swimming today. At least he seems to be pretty happy right now. I might take him out shopping instead.

HIMYM last night. awwww...I just want to cry.
I also pounded through 2 giant glasses of wine without even thinking about it. Whoops! I was a bit tipsy and passed out around 1130 or so. Jackson woke us up most of the night, so I'm super tired today. Such is life.
Tonight will be more Teen Mom 2 post season wrap up. It's my little addiction. Then probably more wine and waiting for a sad phone call from Jay's parents. His uncle is in the hospital, and everyone was told to go say their goodbyes. It's sort of bittersweet. This man has been sick since before I even knew Jay, and that was over 8 years ago almost. I think it's finally time for the family to just let go and let him rest in peace. It's been a really long road. T&Ps for a smooth passing would be greatly appreciated.
In better news, I've discovered the new pandora. OMG...amazing. Yes, I realize I'm behind the times.
First off, for your pancake enjoyment:
It was hard to be back at work today; I won't lie! I forgot to reset my alarm from Friday for the right time and was scrambling this morning. I'm attempting to wear my maternity jeans (with a long tunic over top of them) to work today, but they're definitely not working. I think I'm going to go to Old Navy and buy a cheap pair of jeans in a larger size and just use them until my stomach is big enough to hold the mat jeans up.
Both my friend and her sister came over for dinner last night - sister was suitably humbled, dinner was delicious and the Bachelor was saucy last night. A good time all around.

Happy birthday, raynes and Jordan!
Last night I got in a workout, cooked dinner and watched too much TV. Monday has become our new crazy TV night.
I just found out a few minutes ago that I'm headed out of town in an hour with the director of my office (my boss's boss). This will be the first time since my interview that I've spend more than a few minutes one on one with him. I'm actually really nervous. I'm sure it will be fine as he's a very easy guy to talk to, but it's intimidating nonetheless.
Tonight I'm planning on getting in another workout, watching some b-ball and eating leftovers for dinner. I really need to run to the store too at some point this week. Maybe I'll stop by after work tonight. It's such a hassle though because by the time I get off work, I'm usually ready to just be home.
Happy Birthday, Raynes and Jordan!
Last night pretty good, I got in a good workout on the treadmill and make some delicious BLT's for dinner. I also got to Skype with my cousin who's in Guatemala for a little while.
Tonight will probably be another low key night, I'm hoping to get in another good workout and I'm making Jambalaya for dinner. Happy Fat Tuesday!
Good morning ladies. Today I'm exhausted and not feeling so hot, so I'm working from home. This weekend's trip to Vegas was fun and fairly relaxing. I did a massive amount of shopping too. And, Kari and I had a fabulous brunch yesterday. It was so great meeting her in person! Kari, I hope your mom had fun zip lining yesterday. Leo, I hear you were in town too-sorry we didn't get a chance to meet.
Raynes and Jordan, happy birthday.
Kaesha, did you buy the pants that go over the belly or under? I find the ones that go over to be much more comfortable and to stay up much better.
I agree with this. I much prefer my full panel pants to the stupid elastic band ones. Also, folding down the band usually helps keep them up too.
Mind you, there are girls on my BMB who still have issues with their full panel pants falling down. Just a body shape thing.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
I am a total zombie this morning and have been running non-stop since I go here. I don't know why I ever think that taking time off work is a good idea. I got back so late last night and am sleeping sitting up at my desk right now. It was a good trip, though.
I'm playing pub quiz tonight with a friend of mine that I haven't seen in a while and tomorrow we have tickets to the opera. I don't know when I'm going to get groceries or ever cook a meal at home again.
Happy Birthday, raynes!

Happy Birthday raynes and Jordan!
Yesterday was pretty busy. Work went well and it also verified why I am finally quitting. That felt good because over the weekend I was have some regrets and second guessing myself. Nate went and looked at a Galaga stand up arcade game to add the the garage/gym/music room! He has wanted one for years, so we are picking it up this weekend.
Today I am off but working at home on retouching some images. I hope to get he house back together from the party on Sunday and get the refrigerator restocked.
This is what I did. It worked great, and they were also just the right size after having the baby so I didn't have to wear my maternity jeans too much.
Good morning. Last night was low key. We had dinner at the IL's and then had some quality family time at home.
Somehow I managed to hurt my shoulder while driving this morning. I turned right onto my parents block and just felt a sudden pain in my left shoulder. My mom gave me a mini massage and applied something but it still hurts a lot.
I'm at work but after work I'm going with my BFF to watch The Vow. I've read conflicting reviews but I really like Rachel McAdams so I'm hoping it will be good. After that I'll be going to pick Olivia up from my parent's house and then heading home.

Good afternoon.. Last night was pretty uneventful. Jason and I talked about how we can split up chores better to make more us/family time. I'm hoping it works. We also talked about working on our communication so I'm feeling much better about everything today.
I did end up blowing off a paper that I needed to write last night though because of our talk. I'll be working on that today and tonight after my monthly bunco (bunko?) group. Other than that I need to finish up some stuff for a presentation tomorrow (that goes with the paper I have yet to write) for school. Looks like it HAS to be a productive night tonight. Yeesh! Have a good day ladies!
Awesome! I also got the rec for an etsy shop that'll turn your regular jeans into mat jeans.
Raynes - I got the full panel ones, but no luck. I keep on having to adjust today.

Yes! Sorry I missed you ladies, it's crazy we were all in one city at the same time! I had a great weekend, mostly catching up with my friend who I was with, relaxing and being really girly. I got back to LA last night, and leave Thursday for a work retreat in San Diego so I'm trying very hard to be productive today and tomorrow!
Happy birthday Raynes and Jordan
Now jumping domestically.
Well that was a crazy couple of years.
