So I finally get a reply...
for one of the many jobs I have applied for in the past month. It's with a very well known engineering company.
So the interview is over the phone. Do any of you ladies have any tips? I'm not sure what to expect and I'm quite nervous about it. I have never had a phone interview.

Good luck!
Advice: If you know what time the call will be. Make sure you are in a quiet area. Have a notepad around to write anything down that may be important. I've also jotted down a few things that you want to say so you can give them some more information about your experience and background. I hate talking on the phone and tend to forget things I want to say.
I hadn't thought about this. Thank you!
All of this. Most interviewers will ask at the end if you have any questions. Write down your questions beforehand on your notepad as well so that you don't forget to ask them. I sometimes do this for in-person interviews as well.
Eva gave you some good advice. Phone interviews are usually a good way for me to get an idea of the candidates personality, availability for the schedule, and salary requirements.
Make sure you have at least two questions to ask at the end of the interview. It doesn't have to be anything major or in depth, but just something to show you're interested. For example, you can ask what the next steps are in the process, whether they will let you know if you move on in the interview process or will they only call if you get an in person interview, what are the hours for the position. That type of thing.
Good luck!
I love the advice you have already gotten. I would have never thought of that stuff. I am horrible at that kind of thing.
Good luck and fingers crossed for you!
