So, I had my N/T scan today.
I think it went well! We had a great tech - she was so friendly compared to the tech who did our dating u/s. The babe's neuchal fold measured 1.3mm so we are very happy with that. And I am measuring 3 days ahead which makes me happy (they moved my due date back 6 days from our first u/s). I had the bloodwork drawn this morning and will get a second draw in 3-4 weeks.
We got some 3-d images taken too - they freaked me out. But you could see waving and playing peek-a-boo that way. yay
Re: So, I had my N/T scan today.
yay for waving, peek-a-boo and good results!
when did you/will you tell the fam? you may have updated and i missed it. i hope it went well.
We told our parents and sibs a few weeks ago - they all suspected it though. Oh well. We will probably tell extended family sometime in the next week. I plan on telling work soon, too. We go on spring break for 2 weeks starting Thurs and I know at the rate I'm going I won't be able to hide it any more. Plus I think some of the girls I work with suspect it since I've been living under a rock lately.
Congrats on good results!
The 3d images are so weird early on - our doctor took some at 20 weeks, and said how cute she was. I was looking at the same image, and thinking 'hmmmmm'.
Hope you're feeling ok and enjoy telling your friends the news!
So glad it went well!
