  • i'll be honest, i haven't weighed myself in over a week. i was down to 251 a couple weeks ago and then ate stuff i shouldn't and gain a little.. after that, i haven't checked the scale. my plan is to get back on track this week. 

    since i work tonight, i'll go to the grocery store tomorrow and make sure i make meals and prepare healthy snacks that i can just throw in my purse and eat. i also need to drink more water!

    i'm going to try to go to the gym on saturday to do some zumba. i haven't been in a while because i'm exhausted most of the time but i need to get back in it.. plus, i'm thinking of trying to fit in the 30ds into my schedule atleast 4 days a week. that's better than nothing.

    once i get this extra working thing down, i'm sure thing will fall into place. i'm secretly hoping that from all of the 'extra' walking i've been doing, that the lbs are just falling off.

    also, crisis averted with the pants thing.. did you i tell you ladies how i bought 18s and then tried them on, after eating a SH!TTON of food and i felt like my stomach was hanging over so i bought bigger pants? lol. well those pants are now too big.. and i took the other pair back, that fit, but were too short, and got a different fit and the 18s are loose! :) woot.

    so my plan is to weigh in next week.. we'll see.

  • ive given up on trying to weigh myself cuase it always puts me in a bad mood

    I ran 7.5 miles outside yesterday with no walking! that is a first for me. I had been training for a run in Hawaii thats 8 miles that was yesterday but never made it to the islands.  Proud of myself and ate really well the rest of the day.

    I have ZUmba classes Wed-Sat and trying to figure out what to do today.  Weights and stairmaster? I am sore but not enough to skip a day.

    My thighs/butt looked HOT! this morning if i do say so.

  • I need to get my butt into gear! I heard someone say this yesterday " the hardest part of your day will be getting out of bed". Because once you start doing stuff it's not that bad, it's just STARTING it. I need to just start getting LO out on a walk as soon as I get home. My dog has been sooo cooped up lately and I feel terrible for him! I also am not loving my body.

    Ok, vent over.

     Weight check in: I do not have a scale.

    What's working: I am still planning meals and that has drastically reduced the eating out and such

    What's not: I keep putting myself down, I make excuses, and I still eat too many sweets.

  • I weighed in this morning and had bounced back up 2lb. I had a super amazing happy dance weigh in last week but I slacked off this week a bit.

    Today's plan - nix the carbs and go to spin class. My spin class got bumped to an earlier time slot and with the way work has been, I haven't been able to go in a couple of weeks. I'm going to try to get out of work a little early and cross my fingers I get there in time to grab a bike. If I don't, I'll probably make it a lifting day.

    Honestly, for me it's come down to lack of planning. I've been working a ton and I'm exhausted and too lazy to plan ahead to eat the way I should be eating. I need to be more disciplined there.

  • I weighed in this morning, and have been really happy. I was up to 180.4 last Sunday the 12th, and was freaking out quite a bit. This morning, I weighed in at 169.2, which is 11.2 pounds. That means that the 180.4 weight was likely mostly water weight, and now I'm back on track.

    I've been really consistent with my eating and my workouts too. Super happy Smile

  • I've only been making it to the gym 1x/week, which isn't enough, but i do jog and weight train (machines) while i'm there, so it's a pretty complete/long w/o.  I started doing yoga and pilates as home, which seems to be working well, since i can do it any time at home (my gym closes early), but i'd still like to do a more cardio.

  • I weighed in on Sunday after 2 weeks and didn't even lose half a pound (I lost .2lbs) Sad

    I did weigh in right after working out which I was told not to do so I am hoping I actually lost a little more.

    I have been eating bad a couple times a week though so I was happy just to stay the same as two weeks ago when I was following my diet very strictly.

    I am planning on staying strictly on my diet this week. Once school calms down I might start getting in the gym 6 times a week instead of 4.

  • I feel like a super fatty. I don't weigh myself, but I feel bloated. I am also missing work outs this week because I am getting used to my new routine. I ate terrible over the weekend. Time to get back on track.

  • I have my whole training plan laid out for February. I am also tracking each workout I do: type of workout, time, miles, what I did and how I felt. Seeing everything tracked really makes me feel proud of what I've done this month, even with working more than full time and feeling tired most days! Instead of trying to remember what I've done in a week, I write it down as soon as I get home!

    I don't think i've lost any weight, but my clothes are fitting better and I am feeling great!

     

  • I feel fat and gross. I am still struggling to work out as much as I used to. I am sore and I am tired from not sleeping. The next couple weeks are crazy busy but I am planning on joining a gym after that. My workout buddy is now back from surgery do we should be able to pick up our running again. Enough excuses!!

    I  am trying to keep on the food tracking and just set reminders on my phone to do so. I hope it helps!

    Omg! Right after giving birth everytime I looked at my belly (like within the first 24 hrs afterwards) I would nearly pass out! It was SOOOO weird. Thank goodness it is more normal now!
