Would anyone mind telling me their measurements etc?
I am so caught up w the number on the scale & I feel like I really need to lose more weight. I have lost 30 lbs in the past year but still feel huge. I was thinking maybe if I saw other people's measurements it would help me realize that all bodies are different & all are beautiful. I also have a problem w my weight cause I have an older sister who is the same height as me but weighs 100 lbs. when I see pics of myself next to her I feel like I weigh 1000 lbs. She hates to eat, always has, I love to eat & just feel like maybe if other people my height were closer to my own weight I would feel a bit more normal. I know I know I'm not huge, but I do feel like I am sometimes. Is me asking this a weird request? If so, sorry, but I just want to feel more normal about my weight. Oh, & I work out lifting weights & cardio 5-6times a week. I am in good shape, I just want to feel better about my body. S here are my stats: weight-139, height-5'1, chest-36, waist-29-30 depending on the day, hips-39, thighs-24. I think that's it. If anyone replies, thank you! Oh & I lost 30 lbs after having a baby & am under my pre preg weight but I still have trouble w myself.

There is a really cool website that shows people of the same height/weight but that have different body shapes. Someone may know what i'm talking about & post it. I've seen it here a few times - I did a google search but i'm not even sure what to google.
weight 130 height 5'6 chest 36in waist 30in hips 34 (i have a rectangle shape. basically no waist). ---
ETA: Joenali posted the site I was referring to above.
I also struggle with body image - working out & running makes me feel 1000x better about myself.

But truly, the issue isn't finding other people besides your sister to compare yourself to make yourself feel better. The issue is stopping with the comparing.
Yes, we'll I did think it was probably weird to ask, and yes I have thought about talking to someone about this issue. I've had body image issues all my life & I wasn't really looking to compare myself to others, just to reassure myself how different everyone is and I thought it might help me not compare myself to my sister so much.ni will defncheck out that website, so thanks for that. I'll also look into talking to someone cause I am sick of feeling this way.

I feel like I have a fairly healthy body image, but I look at that site & still think "Liars! These girls must weigh less then they say because I don't look that small." lol I think it's common to see yourself a little differently. I can be my best cheerleader but also my worst critic at times. We're all just so different, you'll drive yourself crazy comparing. Congrats on your weight loss!
