  I can't remember our agent's name right now, but we have Liberty Mutual and have been very happy with them. Before LM we had Travelers--no problems with them until they hiked up their premiums last year (most all companies did but they had the most dramatic increase). I can say that with LM it's been easier to communicate with our agent than with Travelers.

  Yuuup - Travelers did the same to us and WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CLAIM.

  I think you are looking for the best homeowners insurance that can provide you the best service and also which can solve your problem. I think most of the time this type of insurance is made compulsory and when you are new we found bit hard to find the thing because we dont know where to go and find it, but now we can find all or most of the things online and inthat we can select the best on which is suitable and right for us.
