Protein Shakes

I bought some whey protein to makes shakes in the morning, can they be made the night before so I can grab one and go in the mornring? Thanks!

  • It could be different amongst protein brands/powders, however if I let my shake sit longer than a couple hours I notice it tastes a little funky. :) If it turns out this is the case for you, just make sure you have your milk/water in the shaker bottle in the fridge before you go to bed, then in the morning all you have to do is scoop in powder and shake.. and go! 
  • mine gets icky if I set it out the night before.  They make formula dispensers in the baby section that are just right for holding three servings of protein powder.  Get two, fill them up, and take them to work on Monday.  Then you just have to take your milk/water/whatever each day and you have a fresh shake.
  • Well I made one last night and drank it this mornring....yeah not so yummy   lol I will probably just have everything set out the night before so I can mix it up really quick
