As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm glad you did have the day off for that, I can't imagine being at work and thinking about stuff that's upsetting to you.
A last word of advice that my brother (he's a minister) said last weekend when he was counselling a couple who were having some issues, to not make a moutain out of a molehill. They were making mountains out of molehills and were separated after being married for about the same time as us. We are too "newlywed" to be upset at our hubbies too much
