Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I gave up alcohol two years ago and red meat last year, and I don't think I want to do either of those again. I think I'll add something, maybe try to get through a few more things on my to-do list.

Back on Weight Watchers yesterday!
I did back in middle school when I was at a Catholic school. One year it was chocolate, the other swearing - that's hard when you are 13 and think it's so cool to drop a swear word every sentence. LOL . I haven't really done lent since then.
