What are you making this week? And what are your go-to meals when you don't want to cook?
I've been so anti-cooking the last two weeks.

Since my mother reminded me that it's Ash Wednesday tomorrow and "no meat" on Friday's until Easter, I'm going to have to do better at meal planning! On the plus side, our grocery bill will go down since we'll be buying less meat LOL but more carbs mean more of a weight-fight with my body. The plus side to having DH be unemployed? He makes dinner every night we're home! This week isn't the best for meal planning though since I already have plans to be away from home for 2 of the nights.
Tonight: Pasta and sauce (maybe with garlic bread, if I'm not too lazy to go buy it lol)
Wednesday: I'm having dinner with the people I did my high school guidance internship with at this place called Zen. I hate sushi so I hope there are other non-meat options.
Thursday: Olive Garden (meeting up with friends from out of town) but I'm being good and getting the apricot chicken. I'll bring a meal home for DH.
Friday: Cheese pizza
Saturday: Italian shake and bake pork chops and broccoli with cheese
Sunday: Sunday dinner w/ my parents
I'll go back a few days since we won't have anything planned towards the end of the week because we're going to CT...
Sunday: Steak, grilled sweet potato wedges, green beans
Monday: Chicken Parm with spaghetti and garlic bread
Tuesday: Chicken and spinach enchiladas
Go to's: It's not ideal, but we keep a jar of sauce in the cabinet and always have pasta on hand, grilled cheese, egg sandwiches, pizza (homemade or takeout or frozen...) hot dogs, we also almost always have some chicken in the freezer.
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday, Friday: at my parents
Someone I'm FB friends with posted a link to this website today which I thought was kind of neat, but I'm not down with paying money for the service.

I'm late, but here's my menu for the week.
Sunday - Pretzel Chicken, Baked Garlic Rice, salad
Monday - Shredded buffalo chicken sandwiches, broccoli
Tuesday - Pork Chops with Garlic and Wine (these were amazing, my husband deemed them "restaurant quality"), and salad
Wednesday - Dinner at my parents'--I think Mom's making a Baked Penne a la Vodka with Roasted Tomatoes recipe she found
Thursday - Crockpot Bolognese over Rigatoni and salad
Friday - out
Saturday - not positive, but maybe Baked Penne with Chicken, Broccoli and Smoked Mozzarella
My go-to meals are frozen pizza (we like Freschetta's Brick oven varieties), pasta and sauce (I almost always have some kind of sauce in the freezer), or pulled pork if I have some frozen.
