I hate the first day of a cold.
I won't be here much for the rest of the week. I'm ill and that new project at work has finally Bogarted all of my time, so very little nesting for me. Boo. On the plus side, D and I have a date day planned for Friday, if I'm not too sick, so there will be a very good reason I'm not on here that day. I'm taking him to the batting cages, then out for a BBQ lunch, then off to the new casino in town. I hope I feel better for it!

We actually joke that everytime we try to get together one of us gets sick. It doesn't usually happen afterwards, though.
Couldn't have been you. Symptoms wouldn't show up this quickly; for the average cold it takes about 5-7 days. It was Dan. He was sick last week, but kept saying "it's just allergies". Effing liar.
