I am waiting for DH to make Belgian waffles with my homemade apple sauce. Yummy! As an appetizer, I was snacking on buffalo blue chips. HD = poor food choices!

enough garlic hummus to spread thin on each
one slice "swiss" rice cheese
5 thin slices smoked turkey breast
I have also have an apple and natural peanut butter for later, and a Clif bar as a pre-climbing snack.
I had an egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread and an orange. I'm still hungry though, so I may have some almonds to help fill me up.
Belgian waffles sound delish!
