BAH! darn Nest ate my response.
I shall not let it spoil my good news. It is pretty outside today and above freezing. I have plans to meet someone for drinks this afternoon and met Anna7602 yesterday for yoga and lunch. I am being all social and trying to really profit from my two weeks off work.
AND my friend was having to hold off on her divorce until August because she couldn't afford health insurance, BUT some really nice friend of hers has offered to pay for her insurance until August so that she can officially divorce the douchewaffle that is currently her husband. I am soooo insanely excited for her and really grateful that her friend is that nice and able to help her out.
Hooray for cheap limes and awesome friends!
My good news is that we got to sleep through last night with no 'musical interludes' from our azzhat neighbors. Filed my second noise complaint in two weeks on them on Monday night (blaring music from 2-7 a.m. is NOT okay!) so it was a relief to get some solid zzzs last night.

My Doha Adventures
THIS, except insert "met myblueangel19." I am also trying to be all social and for the first time since I got to Paris, I ran into a friend UNPLANNED on the street today while we were both running separate errands. There's nothing like seeing a familiar face among the crowd unexpectedly to make you feel like you're finally making a place home.

My good news is that I'm going to Prague with a girlfriend tomorrow and going to the Prague Opera tomorrow night. In fancy cocktail dresses. With champagne (it's mandatory). I am taking a break from this T-TTC nightmare and planning on a fun weekend with lots of drinking and dancing and beautiful sites to see :-)

That's good to hear since I am headed to Spain twice in the next month. I need spring!
I forget, are you in Madrid, or elsewhere? Also, my cousins are borrowing a car seat for DD's use while we're there, but thanks so much for your earlier advice.
I had a great second date last night and we made plans for a third date this weekend.
In a week I'll be taking the bar exam and this stress will be over.
I was going to comment on someone's good news but then kept reading and seeing more good news I wanted to comment on cause it seems so many have great things going on right now, so here's just one big "YAY!" to everyone's good news.
My good news is that our house is now officially sold! and we will hopefully get to move into the new house in two months. Also, I didn't receive any work today which is good news because I feel even sicker than yesterday so I'm glad I can take the day to just lounge around and relax.
Wow, congratulations! Good thing I'm getting to Madrid before your move. I'll be there March 16-19 (taking advantage of the San Jose holiday), but am still unsure of whether I will be able to break away from family or not. I am dreaming of my parents and cousins taking DD for an afternoon, or even evening, so I can just do my thing, but we'll see. You'll probably have your own pre-move craziness, but PM me!
My sister's wedding is this weekend! DH got a couple new clients! Baby boy is 2 months old today!
