As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

NER: AW! DH passed National Certification!
WooooHOOOO! Big fat raise baby! PS It's a national teaching certification to clarify. Which means he could basically go to whatever state he wanted to and teach without having to get a different certification!
Kind of seperates the really, really good from the bad, at least locally. Only a handful of teachers have the certification in the county and now DH is one of the them!

My biology teacher in high school was in the process of applying for hers when I had her class and she had to video tape her teaching. It sounded like a really grueling process. It has to be a huge relief to have the results back!?
