Our home is OFFICIALLY ON THE MARKET!!!
It's showing up on realtor.com and everywhere. OMG! I'm so excited and nervous! It's official! I wonder when we'll start getting requests for a showing?
Please, pray, fingers crossed, good vibes, whatever - that we sell our house fairly quickly! We priced it to sell and I am just SO afraid of not selling. I'm not even someone who believes much in superstitions, but I'm burying St. Joseph's statue tomorrow. I need all the luck we can get. After 7 years and outgrowing this house... it is time to move on! In this market I am just praying luck is on our side.

We have had 2 showings in 2 days!!! I am hoping and praying that we get at least 1 showing a day, and I think we can handle even more than that (I'd rather a bunch of showings in a matter of days then get 1 showing here or there for the next year lol, since my house is in the best shape prior to a showing and starts to slowly get messy b/c of the kids after that).
Slightly discouraged by today though.
My neighbor said they seemed to come in and leave within less than 5 minutes.
I get that this isn't going to be the ideal house for everybody who walks through the door... but it still felt discouraging to hear that. : Trying to stay positive though. Would just love feedback from the showings of yesterday and today. Realtor said he'd call as soon as he gets some.
