My dreams came true last night.
We ate at Pazzaluna in St. Paul last night and my risotto was served in a bowl made out of crusty Parmesan cheese! I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE crusty parmesan cheese! It was SO GOOD.
Two thumbs up for Pazzaluna!

We have been limiting our eating out, to stay on a strict budget - HOWEVER when we do, we enjoy it a hundred times more.
Last weekend we went to Degitios (family owned-italian) in St. Paul. It was unreal. Best food I have had in a LOOONG time. Portions were out of this world huge. We (3 adults) had 6 drinks, 1 diet soda, 1 appetizer, 3 entrees, and 3 desserts, plus tip and the total was $90 bucks. Awesome food-AWESOME prices!
