How do you prepare yams when you eat them?
List all the different ways you prepare them, because I've had yams once and didn't like them at all, maybe it was just the way they were prepared IDK.

Re: CP: Yams
Peel, slice and bake! I add green or red peppers, carrots, onions and sweet potatoes/yams. Cover in olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at about 400. Serve with brown rice! YUMMMMM!

I like them, very much. Sometimes D will pull out the little fryer and make sweet potato fries, which is a special treat, but i also like them roasted, either on their own or with other root vegetables (just olive oil, salt and pepper, or a mixture of seasonings).
Another yummy way to make them is to bake them (like a baked potato), then peel and mash them, add a little bit of butter and plain yogurt (or something richer if you prefer), rosemary (best to grind or chop it) and pepper.

I'm not sure if I'm eating yams or sweet potatoes, it's whatever FCF has been sending lately, but I love it.
I've really liked putting them in curry. It's a nice little bit of sweet to balance out the spicy.
Those would be yams. The FCF ones are SO good!
