February/Nestie Book Club
I will be hosting book club at my house on Saturday from 11-1. I am serving a blueberry coffee cake and maybe something else.
For anyone that would like to join us next month, the book we are reading for March is Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford. Angie will be hosting.
With the exception of Renee I think everyone that is coming this month knows where I live but I will message everyone on FB.

Angela, Please don't take this the wrong way, but it kinds of seems like you are trying to play the victim role. Either your work, or a conversation, or something stops you from attending. That whole conversation two weeks ago was nasty, but it wasn't directed at you attending. If you want to go, then go, if you don't then don't. Don't worry about everyone else.

I got to a chapter last night where I was like, what the.....?? I mean, as confusing as it is, I just know it will all come together in the end so that keeps me going! And I'm not through either but I'll stay up all night Friday night if I have to.
Last night I got deterred by the movie 28 Days. We have GOT to stop staying up late watching creepy movies.

Reading this thread made me feel better. I wasn't going to go on Saturday because I haven't made it much farther than 15% and highly doubt that I'll get finished by Saturday.
If BL and others don't have it finished and are still going then so am I! Now, what should I bring?
Maybe we should just meet for the movie, lol.
For those that have read the book and seen the movie, how close is the movie to the book?
Ugh, at this point I have no desire to see the movie. I told Ben no TV tonight so I can finish this dern thing.
Renee, I am serving blueberry coffee cake and I also pinned some cinnamon ball looking things last night that I might make. Don't worry about plates, cups, drinks, etc., I'll have all that. But since what I am serving is sweet, you might want to bring something more savory.
