Teen Mom 2 2/21 Dr. Drew Check up SP
I cannot believe this season is already over with....A lot has happened to the girls this season and in others stories I have read online..I am wondering if this check up was filmed recently or was it filmed after this season. I believe Jenelle got arrested again as I have seen articles about her...I think they should do a live finale with Dr. Drew that is more current to what is going on in their lives but then I guess they could not because they use the material for the newer season...
I serioulsy hope that Jenelle gets help..She and her family are really messed up and Jace is just thrown in the middle..Leah and Corey are a train wreck..I cannot believe she cheated on him and then married him..She seemed the most responsible out of the group last season and takes great care of her girls..Kailyn and Jordan I really liked but I am suprised she hooked up with Jo because she really could not stand him...Chelsea, I have no words for really..With Adam in and out of her life, she really is not going anywhere...I am happy she has a job and she passed part of her GED exam...I hope she finishes it up and goes to beauty school..
What are your thoughts and maybe hopes for next season lol...

I didn't watch tonight yet, but I just saw the preview for part 2. Is it just me or does Dr. Drew consistently side with the guys on this show and blame the girls?
I hate this about him.
The little snippet about Chelsea hooking up with Adam's friend, and him saying "you really wanted to hurt him..job well done!" (or whatever he said). Eff that noise. Adam sucks.
(Not that cheating is ever right. I'm just saying, he seems rather sexist on these episodes.)

It never actually said if they did have it but both of them got checked and treated. Now that I think about it, it was only said that Jordan was clean but still treated.
They obviously had to have one. Otherwise, Kailyn wouldn't have freaked out and told Jordan he needed to leave work and go get checked.
I thought Kailyn was being such a biiitch to Jordan. I hope he moves on and finds someone who appreciates him. He seems like a good guy.
I don't always think Dr. Drew's advice is correct and it seems he is becoming more into being a celebrity and gossip mongering than being a competent doctor.
Its sad none of these girls seem to have an ounce of self esteem. Chelsea says she is done with Adam but the minute he says jump she says how high. She seems so desperate for his attention.
Joe and Kailyn should never be together. I think he has a really mean side and seems abusive to me. Kailyn clearly didn't care about Jordan at all.
Jenelle needs lots of help. She clearly has a lot of issues. I wish her son didn't have to be exposed to all the chaos and yelling and screaming. I fear he really doesn't have a chance.
I never believed that Leah really loved Cory. He always seemed convenient.
The fact that any of these girls are out sleeping around and chasing boys is maddening. Don't they learn from their previous mistakes? They should be focused on their children and bettering themselves. They already used up their time to play around in my opinion.
I can't stand Adam. But I also feel like Chelsea puts herself in the same situation over and over and over again.
And...why is it okay for Jo and Kailyn to do this will they/won't they thing and for her to basically make Jordan her consolation prize just because they have a kid together? I understand they will always be connected but it drove me BSC when Dr. Drew was like,"Well, Jordan, normally, yes you would be right. But this is different because they have a kid." So...let me get this straight. DH and I can have a baby. Divorce. And still have sex and lead other people on because we have a kid together? Good to know.
Dr. Drew bugs me sometimes.
I agree with pretty much everything, I wish they would let us know if this is recent or right after the season.
I follow Kailyn on twitter and she has recent pics of herself and a new guy in New York and other places so apparently she's moved on from both of them (seemingly).
I just hope in 5 or 10 years we get an update that these girls aren't such train wrecks anymore!
dr. drew told joe "chlamydia can be confusing". and they wouldn't treat you if you didn't have anything, or a risk of anything.

I love Teen Mom. Always have. DH thinks I'm crazy for watching it. But then, if he is home, he will watch it with me
I can't wait for next week's part 2..but maybe that is just me!
Of course, I can't wait for the next season. But...I also really want to see what is going on with Maci & all those girls as well. It's so difficult to have to switch back & forth. I wish it wasn't so split up! I wish I could see more!!!
I really don't know what I want to happen, but I just want the girls to be happy & to have good lives, whatever that may mean for each of them.

ITA with the pp who said Dr. Drew is more about celeb gossip than actual therapy. I cannot stand him and every time he said "Where are you at now?" I wanted to throw something at my tv.
I was so, so sad that I didn't get to hear Barb say "The Bi-polah" last night. Not even once.
Janelle looked....very made up. Interesting. I was so upset when I saw what Barb did to Jace's hair while she was in rehab. Yikes.
Kailyn is a biiiitch. I agree she has the best head on her shoulders with regard to concentrating on Isaac, school, work. She's not nearly as pathetic as Chelsea and Janelle, IMO.
I really cannot stand the editors of this show. Very randomly Dr. Drew said, "Isn't there anything else you want to say...?" and Kailyn said, "Oh yea. Go get tested for STDs!" It was so, so random. Then they had this discussion about how she got one, called Jordan at work so he could leave and immediately go get tested, they were treated. Then Dr. Drew says, "yes, it's only 1 dose of antibiotic, it's important to go to a clinic, your PCP, or PP to get tested and treated." Then out of nowhere he said, "Chlamydia can be very confusing..."
I was like, "Hold the phone!"
Clearly there was a huge chunk of the interview cut out where they discussed this, then threw it back in at the end.
But seriously. How horrified would you be if your son was Jordan and you watched this interview on MTV and learned he had chlamydia?!
Next week: I am getting the feeling that Dr. Drew cannot stand Chelsea's lazy, stupid azz any more than the rest of us.

I was watching and got to that part and was like, "When did we talk about that? Did I miss something?"
Like a PP said, it bugged me when Dr. Drew was giving Chelsea hell about cheating on Adam and said,"You wanted to hurt him. Good job, you did it." or whatever he said. Hey, Doc, I don't know if you know this or not, but Adam is a d-bag. I don't condone cheating, but come on..it's not like Adam is innocent, here.
Well, 2 wrongs don't make a right, yadda yadda.
But I do think his distaste for Chelsea in general is showing through his attitude toward her.
