The Today Show said that the avg person eats 100 lbs of sugar a year. Holyshit, that's a lot.
They also said that sugar people do not eat breakfast. This is simply not true.
I had a piece of cake for breakfast.
So there.
I agree with everything that muddled said. You should listen to her. -ESDReturns
Re: Sugar sugar
That's a lot of sugar!
I'm a sugar person and I eat breakfast every day. It's just about always healthy too, like oatmeal (not instant and not a lot of sugar) or a whole gran English muffin.
Today I had a blueberry muffin, but that's unusual for me.
Ha I had cake for breakfast too. And I will have cake again tomorrow as it's my CW birthday and the cake is currently baking in my oven.
I don't doubt people eat that much sugar. There is so much added to everything and a lot that's naturally in food, so I am actually surprised it's not more.
