Oh man, this is making me all stabby. The first one, people not driving between the lines, drives me effing insane. Not only dangerous, but illegal.
As for the family band one, I like to creep up reeeeeally slowly behind them until I'm super close. Like a lion stalking a gazelle. LOL.

I am the parking spot stalker and I loathe the cart bearer.
In my defensive if it takes longer than 2 seconds I'm out of there and finding a farther parking spot, but I had to at least try!
