Excited/Nervous
Today, I am going to donate blood. I have NEVER donated blood. I was always told I couldn't because I was born in the UK in the 80s. BUT Thanks to our AMAZING Eve, I was told I could. I can't wait for class to be over!

Yay! I alway donate blood when I'm able to (unless my iron and/or BP is too low, ergh...) and have talked many of my work girls into doing it. It's awesome that you get the chance to! It's not the most comfortable thing in the world, but it doesn't take too long... and you're saving a life!

Yeah. I'm nervous but hella stoked about it. I like the feeling that I could save someone's life.
I'm also going to hit up the donor room in my town and become a marrow donor.

I hope you have a good experience and if you think you will do it regularly, then sign up free for the Commit for Life program and they give you points for donations for free stuff. I have a lot of great things from over the years for donating like a beach towel, heavy canvas bag, a blanket, numerous candles and even a camping tent! They have a whole online store of goodies that you can build points up for, it's a great incentive to keep your donations current.
That's a great thing to do!
I've tried to several times but I didn't have enough iron in my blood for me to be eligible, however I'm not anemic, so tell me how that makes sense.
You can give blood if you were in the Uk in the 80's now?
I was born and lived over there for a good year and half I have always been turned down.

Travel Adventures.
I was only there for about 3 months. It has to be less than 3 months or you can't. Which is stupid because there was ONE case of mad cow disease
I was driving home and I had to stop at my parents house. I was feeling light headed and probably should have kept on driving because when I got to my moms I almost passed out. All in all, I will do it again
