I finally got the approval!
I finally got the 2nd approval from the seller's mortgage companies for this short sale that I'm buying. Now they just have to get an updated approval from the first lender to a closing date so we can move forward! Please oh Please let it be the end of March and not April (a girl I know just got a offer accepted on a house and their closing dat is end of April).
