as soon as I start to get back into my workout routine. I hate it. I start to feel great and I'm loving life.. then BAM I wake up feeling like a got hit by a truck and have to rest for the next week or so. sucks
Re: why do I always get sick
are you getting enough sleep? taking vitamins? drinking enough water? are you surrounded by people who are sick often? (like being a teacher, etc?)
i got sick a number of months ago, before my marathon, deriving from severe stress. i thought it was strep, but it was mild pneumonia. i was just given a z-pack and told to sleep for once and stop stressing. try taking it easy for a few days. feel better!
