i have been looking online and i really wanted to try them on but not sure where to go. BTW i am new to this so don't laugh - !!!

There is no such thing as spinning shoes! They are called cycling shoes.

Nope, they are one in the same!
My bio has lots of info. about it. It's also very important to ask your gym what kind of pedals they use because you will need cleats specific to those pedals.
