I've been sorting and organizing, and I have 114+ yds....

I only paid a couple of dollars for the entire spool, and we've even used some it.   I had no idea there was that much on there.  The plastic spool was broken, so I thought I would measure it and do something else with it to store it with some other elastic trims.  In comparison, the most I have of any of the others is 7 yards.

The good thing is that it dyes pretty well.  The bad thing is that I have no idea how we are going to use that much elastic before it disinegrates.   As I was measuring it today I was envisioning a hundred pair of string bikinis.lol

  • LOL! Make undies? :)
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • You could reel off as much as you think you may want to keep and then package up some yardage amounts, 2, 3 5 yds etc and sell them as sewing supplies on etsy!

Also if it's soft elastic, with a gentle stretch, how about some cute infant headbands with soft fleece flowers? Some elastic flowers a la styled like the new zipper daisies?

Some cute soft cotton petti-pants for little girls would be nice too?
