PLL 02/20
I was totally bored for most of the episode. I fast forwarded a lot of the scenes.
Someone who has read the books (I've read them but I can't remember) - Mona did this in the books too, right? She said she was getting messages from A so she could fit in and become friends with the girls because she was jealous?
Ok, seriously. These girls are 16? 17? They roam the streets all night, sleep at other guys' places, and have all this freedom? Where are their parents? If my child had been arrested and is a suspect in a murder investigation, you can bet that they would be on major lockdown. What the heck?
Aria's spike necklace distracted me for most of the episode followed by her dress with spikes on the shoulder.

Yeah I was not feeling Aria's wardrobe at all this episode.
As far as the Mona thing... I haven't read the books but I was kind of thinking that maybe she was faking getting stuff from A so she could get in with the girls or get more info from Hannah about what they all knew etc.
I wonder what happened to Maya? I hope she's gone... never liked her.
I agree with pretty much everything! I'm just glad they are actually going to "reveal" A at the end of the season. I've been waiting for them to get to some type of conclusion.
I was also distracted by the fact that Aria pulled her hair into a pony tail! lol distracted by such simple things!
If I remember right, yes. But it's been awhile since I read the books. They made it seem like towards the end that Melissa was A with the letter being from her old job.
DH would kill me for saying this-but he's totally engrossed in the show. After the episode's over he'll say, "Okay..what happens in the book?" hahaha
after reading some of your reactions to aria's spike-shoulder dress, i was expecting the worst...i didn't think it was thaaaaat bad, lol! definitely not one of my favorite outfits, but i've seen worse (her green shoes from last episode).

interesting information regarding how mona's story unravels in the books. i wonder if that's how it's going to play out in the show.
oh ezra and aria...i'll never stop rooting for you guys, but it makes me kind of uncomfortable that aria's mom is willing to meet with ezra and aria over their illegal relationship! sure i want them to be together, but not with her parents' blessing, lol!
of course, the text message guy's information provides more questions than answers.
by the way, what was melissa wearing at the end?? a printed blouse with a matching scarf? not cute.
