Yeah, it was icy out there. I had fun too.
I of course didn't go straight home, stopped at Kohl's, and darn, I thought they closed at 10pm, nope, 11, so I shopped even longer.
I didn't realize it was so icy until I hit Haggerty and 6 mile then thought "ooh, better slow down". Glad you made it home ok Maggie!
And happy shopping Kristine! Did you get good stuff?? I forgot to make my stop at Meijer

I'm present and accounted for. You're right Margaret, the roads were definitely a bit icy. They didn't seem too bad on my way to get the girls, but on my way home they were slick.
I had a GREAT time tonight! It was wonderful to finally meet you Meredith, and to catch up with all of you lovely ladies. I was actually going to head to Meijer myself, but I decided it was too late to go considering it was almost 10! Maybe I'll run into you there tomorrow.
I just emailed my novel to Chammps "aka, my email regarding our servers attitude"
I'll let you know if I get a response. I would have gotten a drink or dessert, but not after she basically made us feel like we should have left before we even finished our dinner!
I'm bummed that you couldn't make it either. We'll do another one soon!!
