I HATE the share photo feature on Facebook.... even though I blocked my MIL, she can still 'share' photos on her PUBLIC facebook page that I tag my husband in because they are friends. I seriously want to just delete everything, and if it weren't for my family, I would. It's not fair that I can't tag my husband in photos I know some of his friends would like to see (but not share with the rest of their friend's list) because I'm afraid she's going to put them on her page for anyone in the world to see.
I have asked her to stop.... and DH doesn't seem to think it's a big deal! I want to scream.
UGH

Re: Facebook VENT
I'm pretty sure in your privacy settings you can block her from seeing photos.
ETA: just saw you already blocked her. I would double check the settings though. If not, is your H willing to block her from the photos?
If you go into your privacy settings and click on custom it should allow you to select a specific name and edit what exactly they can and can't see.
With that said...if your trying to be discreet about the contents of your ute why are you putting pictures of it up at all?
In the drop down menu at the top right next to "home", he would have to click on privacy settings.
- Go down to "how you connect" and click "edit settings"
-Go down to "who can see posts by others on your timeline" and in the drop down menu click "custom"
- There is the option to "hide this from" and he could add MIL's name to the list
I don't know for sure if it would keep her from seeing things he was tagged in, but I think so.
If it bugs you that badly, dont tag him in photos. Easy. Or just don't post anything at all. Although I know it's so 2005, email still works. If you really want your family to see something, then email it to them.
Both my page and DH's are private, but she refuses to make hers private and I am comfortable with the people I know (I only have family and a few close friends on my FB, same for DH) and she adds all of these random people she doesn't even know. We are stationed overseas so it makes it alot easier to share with the people we want to see these things, but I'm not comfortable with her just throwing it out there for the entire world to see.
I guess my vent is just that I wish they didn't have that feature because I feel like I should be comfortable putting things for my family to see on my private page and H's as well.
Or just in privacy settings click custom, and then make sure you uncheck the box under "make visible to" that says "friends of those tagged."
ETA: that would be done from your account
