how far is everybody running today?
i left my husband to spin on his own today, since the weather is glorious for a run, and my chafing seems healed enough to handle it. i'm going to do a 90 minute run...however far i get, i get. my goal today is to keep my azz moving for 90 minutes.
what about you?

I was scheduled for 8 today, but winds are about 30 mph this morning. I'll either A) do a short run and save 8 for tomorrow or
do it later today when the wind is supposed to die down.
This is only my second time attempting 8. I need the wind on my side.
Update: I checked the forecast and tomorrow morning looks just as windy. So, this afternoon it shall be!

Ooooouch. I'm a DD girl. My under-boobs were the first place to chafe but luckily mine never got gooey, so I was able to remedy with Body Glide immediately. I hope yours heals soon - you might need to spend a couple days biking instead of running to give it healing time.

No run for me today. Or tomorrow. I spent my afternoon burning calories snowboarding. And doing it for the day tomorrow again. I'm not very good yet, so I think I get an extra workout picking my butt off the mountain over and over again.
I did a little over 3 yesterday though. I scaled it back a bit after a long day at work but it was a good run.

I did 6 yesterday and 11.25 this morning. I ended up feeling much better yesterday than today despite the wind. Serves me right for putting off the run!
