so much for a recovery week
I've been really dragging this week and when I found myself in bed last night at 8:30 p.m., I knew something was up.
Yeah, combined with the race on Sunday, I've done 23.6 miles this week, my third highest mileage week ever. Whoops!
I couldn't help it though, my two recovery runs felt so good this week I just kept going without even realizing it.

Because I moved my long run to today, I ran almost 44.
