Sydney Hotel/Flat Rental Recs

Hi ladies! I'm looking for a place to rent when we are in Sydney. There are 4 of us, DH and I will be traveling with his parents. I'd love to find a villa in the Rocks/Circular Quay area {or at least somewhat close} with 2 bedrooms and about $250 per night. Or a nice Inn, boutique hotel time place with rooms priced at about $125 per night. Any suggestions of good places? TIA

It all depends on how long you are visiting and the time of year and what sort of standard you are looking for?
Prices in Sydney are not cheap! I would sign up for the Australia groupon- they often have hotel deals. The places you have selected as well are where some of the higher end hotels are so you will be looking at $170 plus a night.
A couple that can in under $125/n when I looked are:
Aspire hotel, Park Regis city centre, Y Hotel Hyde Park, Pensione Hotel, Australian Heritage hotel but be warned a few of them are not more than a step up from a hostel (which there are actually some really nice ones in Sydney)
