Re: weight loss update
That's not sucky!! It wasn't a gain, and it was even down! Keep up the great work and don't let smaller numbers like that discourage you - I found that after I had lost about 20 lbs, it started to be much harder to get the scale to move and I certainly never saw the huge weekly losses I did at first. It's a bummer, but you can't let it discourage you! Just keep at it, and the numbers will continue to fall (even if they fall slower some times than others).
