Since Xavier is back in TH, I am wondering if they are setting us up to have Brooke be the one that is killed. ??

I'm so sad that was what us Lucas fans were waiting for! Grr..I did like his reunion with Haley though. I would be so sad if Brooke was the one to die next episode. I know someone dies but I can't even imagine who it should/would be. I read somewhere that it's not really a big deal WHO dies but more of how they die.
I cannot believe the cop is in on it. I got so excited when Nathan escaped! I "awww'd" out loud when Jamie hugged Lucas while walking to their plane. I hope they find Nathan soon!

The cop gave me the creepies, too. I hope it isn't Nathan that dies. I feel like he and Brooke both have grown so much over the course of the series.
I kind of wonder if Dan saves Nathan and listed Haley as the next of kin and that is why she is the one seeing the body.
I read an article that Sophia Bush said that someone will die on this season and that the person isn't a "main" character but it's someone who's been there since the beginning. So I'm thinking one of three people: Dan (#1 contender I think), Mouth, or Chris Keller.
I also read that Hilarie Burton isn't coming back because she's too busy with her other show. She lives in Wilmington, but I'm sure White Collar is filled in LA.
I really hope Lucas comes back for at least one more thing...come on..you can't just give us one episode. Grr!

I'm not liking Xavier being out either...he gives me the creeps. And now he has it out for Brooke.
I think Dan figured out who has Nathan after watching the video of him talking to Jamie...he saw the tag spray painted on the wall behind him. This makes me think that he figures out where Nathan is and helps him escape and so Dan is the one that's killed.
Can someone tell me what happens next week? My DVR cut off after Hailey drops the phone.

That's what I think is going to happen. Dan is finally going to "redeem" himself for all the crappy stuff he's done over the years.

It was sweet to see Lucas and Haley reunite, but him "coming" back was super lame. He's been a crap uncle/brother/bff since he "doesn't call or write" but he apparently isn't even interested in coming back to Tree Hill to support Haley in Tree Hill and help look for Nate?! Super lame. I thought that would have been the come back, not some stupid airport pickup.

Yeah, but they would've had a hard time explaining why Lucas came to stay in Tree Hill without his wife or daughter. This way, they can reference Peyton and Sawyer like they're still around, just across the country. Also, didn't Haley say she didn't WANT him to stay in Tree Hill? I actually think that does make sense. She's trying to deal with her husband possibly being abducted and murdered. That would be really hard to handle with your children underfoot. Better that they get to go away for awhile so she can fall apart and focus on getting Nathan back.
Side note, what time of year is it supposed to be in Tree Hill? Why are Chuck/Jamie NEVER in school?
