Training Schedule Needed for Rookie Triathalon!

I am training for my first mini-triathalon at the beginning of May.  Its a 300 m swim, 11 mile bike, and 2 mile run.  I completed my first 1/2 marathon last month (2 hrs, 20 mins) and have been running pretty steadily for almost a year.  However I have not gotten on a bike or swam (other than chasing my kids in the pool) really in 4+ years.  Any tips for how to get started?  I really am a poor swimmer, biking I imagine I can pick up a bit easier.  All of the searches I have found online are for sprint triathalons which are a bit farther than my rookie/mini tri.  Any tips would be appreciated.  I currently work out 4 days a week doing running/strength and cardio if that helps.
