Hi everyone!
I've been lurking for a while but decided I ought to quit that, so here I am! H is Army and I'm an Air Force brat. We got married in December and in January I joined him in Germany. We actually met/dated in Germany while I was working/studying there, then we were long distance til the wedding and now back together. 
I just finished up the whole command sponsorship thing though I did it a bit backwards since I came to Germany before I was sponsored. That was a headache but it all worked out in the end. Right now I'm adjusting to the new location, waiting on my car to get here, and enjoying this new chapter.
Looking forward to hearing from you all and hopefully picking up some tips from more experienced MNs!

My DH is AD Army and has been in for 16 years. I am a SAHM to our toddler. This is not DH's first OCONUS assignment, but its the first for me and LO.

Thank you! We're near N?rnberg, in lovely Bavaria. The Frankfurt area is great! I did a study abroad there a few years ago and it was a really lovely region with lots of things to do. I hope you love it, Germany is a great place to be. I'm glad there's another OCONUS MN on here

How did you like Hamburg? I've been dying to go there and see it, I've heard great things.
I loved it. It's nice because it's a 'smaller' big city, and I like the atmosphere a lot. Of course, that was a long while ago for me, so maybe it's been overrun by German hipsters.
