well my first crash is over with
Took my new bike out for her first outdoor spin. Clipped in and promptly tipped right the fark over.
Thankfully, my ego was bruised way more than anything else (although somehow I did manage to get scrapes on my arm from who knows what.)
At least the fear of falling is (sort) of gone. I'd forgotten how dang hard clipless is to get used to.
Re: well my first crash is over with
The tension is as loose as it can be on my cleats, but because I've been dealing with some knee issues from running, I was afraid to twist my left knee to pop out. I got over that quickly, haha!
So far, no scaring!

The good news is that this happens to EVERYONE!!
The bad news is that this doesn't qualify as a "crash." Sorry to say, you haven't had your first one yet.
