the office 02/23

omg the bedbug scene.  Amazing.

Also, why doesn't Jim just tell chicky to leave his room?  That is weird.

Re: the office 02/23

  • Yeah, Jim was being way to passive. I like how he kept point at her for Dwight to spray her with bug spray.  I like the scene at the end with Dwight and Jim, after they both turn down women.
  • Yeah, I asked H what he would do if he were OOT on business and some girl from work tried to come in his room. He said he would've looked through the peep hole and never opened the door in the first place. lol

Jim should've told her to leave rather than just biting his tongue. But, I was laughing so hard at Dwight coming in with the bug spray and when he was rolling around the bed trying to get the bed bugs to bite him.

I'm getting really annoyed by Stanley and what a creeper he's turned into. I liked him better when he was grumpy and did crossword puzzles all the time.

  • Agree w/ PP, I like the old Stanley better.  Kudos to Jim for using Dwight to get rid of the pest.  I hate Cathy now.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, BUT... I think I am really liking post-Michael Scott the Office even better [braces for rebuttles].  Any news on if they have signed for more seasons?  I have been a little out of the loop on the Office and just got caught up.

  • I also like the show better than I have in a long time. I loved the early days of Michael Scott, but his character was not as good in the later seasons. He was too much of a caricature of himself, IMO.

I love Robert California, and I love Andy as the boss.

  • Ditto to Andy as the boss!
  • I felt bad for Jim. I think he's a nice guy and when she first got there he had no idea her intentions, but he was trying to be safe sitting on the floor and away from her. I feel like most guys either assume that all women want them or no one does and it doesn't occur to them that they're being hit on most of the time. Kathy is just ick and I thought it was weird for them to take her in that direction anyway.

I did enjoy Dwight and what's her name, but I think I always enjoy Dwight.

  • I also liked the episode, but I felt Kathy was really weird. And she looks weird, too, but maybe I'm making it worse because I don't like her character. I wish Jim would have stuck with it when he told her to get out, but I liked when he had Dwight spray bug spray all over her.

I liked the beginning with Oscar/ Angela/ Pam all complaining about how the other is a mommy/ puppy martyr.

I was cracking up at the conference room scene with Darryl and the girl (whose name I cannot remember) and her boyfriend delivering Jamaican food and Kelly's explanation of the "dot dot dot" vs. "dot dot dot dot dot."

So, Erin is staying in Florida? Are they going to have a spinoff of people in Florida/ people in Scranton? Because Dwight is like the best part of the show, and he reeeally wants to be promoted...
