What's for dinner this week?
Tonight: homemade Mac and cheese (it's so good!), buffalo chicken bites, brocolette.
Rest of the week: meatloaf and roasted fingerling potatoes, spicy peanut noodles, honey garlic chicken in the crock pot (new recipe), chicken piccata.

Ready to rumble.
Re: What's for dinner this week?
Tonight: baked ham with potato salad and carrots. The ham smells so good right now.
Monday: pasta with meat sauce, leftover from last night. I cooked country-style pork ribs in tomato sauce yesterday. It was unbelievably good.
Tuesday: ham salad, or ham and eggs, but Fran's been talking about ham salad a lot lately.
Wednesday: chicken of some sort, with salad. I haven't decided how I'm preparing it yet.
Thursday: Probably Pioneer Woman's spicy orange shrimp, but maybe shrimp scampi with brown rice
Friday: takeout

Ooh, can you post that crockpot recipe, Kristen?
We had crockpot balsamic pork tenderloin tonight, pretty yummy. We're gonna do homemade pizza, skinny taste chicken parm...and I don't remember.

No plans yet, but this reminds me I have both sauerkraut pierogi and meat pierogi in the freezer, so maybe I'll make those one day. There's also kielbasa in there, so thanks again! And to expand your Polish knowledge, though you may not care, pierogi is actually the plural form (and I hope that didn't come off as rude because I totally don't mean it to).

we had an amazing braised pork and radicchio recipe from the latest bon app with a salad on the side.
tomorrow is sockeye salmon and salad. tuesday is chicken and rice. then i think we'll have my mom (comes in Tuesday night) make split pea soup. And then we have some frozen ground beef that my mom will probably make into bolognese sauce.

No, not at all. I went back and forth on the spelling and thought it was wrong. Thanks

monday - chicken florentine
tuesday - pulled pork tacos and spanish rice
wednesday - take out
thursday - spaghetti and salad
friday - leftovers
saturday - homemade pizza
Tonight we had turkey pesto meatloaf and grilled veggies. It was delish. I think it would be good with sun dried tomatoes and/or ground beef instead of turkey.
Tomorrow we'll have creamy polenta topped with grilled veggies, white beans and red sauce.
If we have enough polenta left over for another night, I'll top it with asparagus and poached eggs.
Sometime this week we'll have sweet potato burgers. Probably with salt and vinegar new potatoes.
And lots of left overs.
11/11/11 = 5 years. Woah!
Tomorrow we're having BBQ pulled pork.
Tuesday will be whatever Mr. Spiderman makes or picks up. My money is on Popeyes again.
Wednesday will be attempting a new ressypee of ham and gruyere stuffed potatoes. (I guesstimated them to be 8 points)
Thursday I'll just make Trader Joe's crab stuffed Pacific flounder.
Friday will be pizza, as usual.

Tonight we had vegan chorizo sausages, potato salad and roasted cauliflower
Monday I will have left over kale and white beams with gnocchi
Tuesday I think I'll try a polenta, black beans and salsa thing
Not sure for the rest of the week yet but I do have a Thai chili seitan I want to try and there will definitely be polenta leftovers.

Monday - Veggie lasagna
Tuesday - Grilled pork chops, brussel sprouts and brown rice
Wednesday - Chicken parm subs and oven fries
Thursday - Rigatoni, sausage and spinach. The recipe calls for kale but I haven't jumped on that band wagon as of yet.
All meals are wewa friendly or wewa modified. I just finished week 1 and I'm down 10lbs. I gotta say the sticktoitiveness of this board to wewa has been an inspiration.
Tonight - macaroni and meatballs. My favorite meal because I just have to take the sauce out of the freezer and cook the pasta, but it tastes like an "I've been cooking all day" meal
Rest of the week: sloppy joes and taco salad. My parents are coming to visit on Wednesday so were going out one night, and I'll cook something fancy with my mom one night.

Tomorrow night I leave for a work trip, so I am making eggplant parm, lasagna, spinach pies and vegetable soup for Charlotte and Kevin.
For less then ten cents a day, you can feed a hungry child.
Last night was stuffed bell peppers and a baked potato.
Tonight I'll do tacos/taco salad.
This week we're also doing PW Ranch Chicken, pork stir fry with broccoli, Big Mac copycats (I'll eat something else), and grilling out pork chops and lettuce.
we all fall down sometimes

Last night - chickpea curry
Tonight - buffalo chicken enchiladas
Tuesday - Cincinnati style chili
Wednesday - panko breaded chicken

Tonight: leftover taco casserole that's been in our freezer for longer than I'd like to think.
Tomorrow: Chicken with a cilantro lime "cream" sauce with pasta and maybe asparagus.
Wednesday: no idea on the protein, but asparagus. It needs to be eaten.
Thursday: no idea
Friday: probably out.
Saturday: not sure.
I fail at meal planning.

Last night was spaghetti squash lasagna.
Tonight: swiss chard frittata
Tues: I'll make meatballs tonight, so zane can make spaghetti while I'm in class
Thurs: crock pot red beans and rice
Fri: chicken enchilada soup
My menus get boring because Tues and Thurs have to be either crockpot meals or things I can make ahead and freeze for Zane to cook. He has many talents, but cooking isn't one of them.
