Ugh, I don't know why, but filing taxes stresses me out to no ends. Thankfully, we did them today and we don't owe, but gah! I feel like I can't relax now. And, it kinda sucks having to be a grown up because all of our refund is going to retirement. Le sigh.
*off to find a glass of wine*
Anyone else have a tax vent?

Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
We filed ours what seems like forever ago and haven't gotten our refund yet. It's supposed to be there on Monday but it seems like this is the slowest it has ever come.

We thought the same thing and then it was a big surprise when it wasn't what we thought.
I hate tax season.
Thankfully we don't owe this year, the past two years with relocations, buying and selling homes had been brutal.
We should be getting a small refund, but it will most likely be tied up in legal for a while due to baby momma drama.
my currently-reading shelf:
ugh that's so crappy
We will probably owe around 2-3K. It kind of sucks but it's life. I just need to finish the taxes.
LOL let's hear it
I have no rant because I haven't done it yet. I'll probably do it after my big presentation is over, I just can't think about anything else right now.

We have to wait for D's Canadian taxes to be filed and finished before we can even start here.
My anal-retentive organizational brain is tweaking out at cutting it so close (it's not really /that/ close since it's still late Feb/early March but before I got married my taxes were usually done by late January).
This is the second year we're hiring someone to do our taxes, between D's foreign income, the new house, and our rental, I can't even begin to wrap my head around all our deductions and gains and whatever.
