Does anyone have a countertop rotisserie oven? If so, do you use it a lot? How long does it take to cook a chicken in it, and how big of a chicken will fit?
I am thinking about getting something like this, but am wondering if it's only good in theory.
Re: Countertop Rotisserie?
For me it would be too much of a unitasker for how much space it takes up. I'm also thinking cleaning it wouldn't be very fun. I bought this chicken roaster at Sur La Table. It can be used in the oven or on the grill. It makes delicious chicken.

My mom had that one on the informercial for years and years, the Showtime oven. It was wonderful. Chickens and roasts were so delicious in it. I don't even know if they make them anymore, but I'd recommend them to anyone. And, I'm picky about kitchen equipment!
I love my rotisserie attachment that I got for my grill. That's always another option, although not countertop.
