Compression Shorts Recs
Can anyone recommend a brand of compression shorts they like?
I've been having a lot of tightness in both of my hips and the outside of my thighs. Even with foam rolling it still gets tight within a few miles of starting to run, so I'm thinking of getting a pair of compression tights to wear during or after running to help out.
