All I have is salad. Nothing else
I MUST work on this. Thankfully, I only have to plan 2-3 meals since we won't be home for a chunk of the week!

I actually had time to meal plan yesterday, and since I go grocery shopping on Friday's now, I have almost two weeks worth of stuff.
This week is red beans & rice, pasta w/ tomato-basil clam sauce, fried rice, salad w/ grilled chicken.
Next week so far is cabbage casserolle, mock lasagna casserolle, thai(ish) shrimp w/ noodles, chicken tetrazini, some sort of salmon dish that dh is planning, and a new mushroom pasta dish that I've never made yet.
I feel so prepared!
Today: Asian Peanut noodles with chicken
Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan Bugers with fruit salad
Wednesday: Out to dinner with my mom
Thursday: Potato Soup (H won't be home so he can reheat it when he gets home)

I had H go to www.skinnytaste.com and pick out some recipes he wants to try and he did! It's so exciting that he is going to help me cook this week as well! That and all of these meals are WW friendly, so I can plan for the points
