dress in red or purple? I intend to use it for multiple evening weddings and parties I have on my busy social calendar this year.

Re: Would You
I generally love purple and blue, but not those. They're too bright. At least red is supposed to be bright.
I got this and love it. Even though the event I was supposed to wear it to didn't happen, I kept it for future. This is the kind of blue I'm talking about

I'm with you.
I really like that dress. I originally wanted a navy v neck dress and the damn thing sold out before I bought it. I'll definitely consider this one.
How does it fit? True to size or should I go up a dress size like the site says?
First off you should know I LOVE purple. Secondly brights work really well on me so for me I would do the purple. Reds don't work because my skin is so pink.
For you I would do Sibil's dress in that blue. Its beautiful.
If purple is a good color on you, thats what I would get.
The old biddy in me would shy away from wearing a red tight/fitted dress to a wedding. lol
ETA I like Sibil's dress idea
I changed my name

I vote purple.... red is not appropriate for all occasions ( my MIL wore a bright red, low cut dress to my wedding, so I might be scarred).
You can make the purple summery or wintery, it's a great dress!! So cute!
Completely unrelated to your post but I just saw your ticker.
