Who believes in ghosts? I do.
why do you believe or not believe? just feelings I get, I have heard other people's stories of ghost encounters, and I tend to believe in the supernatural. The world can't be just what we physically see in front of us, so proof or not, I am a believer.
Has any thing ghostly ever happened to you? If so please share. well, I am not sure if the portrait falling was a ghost or the foundation settling, thanks to MME! But it's the only explanation I could think of for why it happened.
Also, I have seen shadows and images behind me in a mirror before, and then turned around to see it gone. Could be a ghost, could be my eyes playing tricks on me... IDK, but that kind of stuff has happened to me.
Do you believe in ghosts? Yes
why do you believe or not believe? I belive that there are sprits that are around us. I get the feeling that I am not alone in my grandparents house, but I know that I am. I have had odd experiences that I can't explain.
Has any thing ghostly ever happened to you? If so please share. In our old apt, my husband and I would hear voices of each other when that person is not home. Our dogs would just randomly start freaking out at something in a corner, but nothing would be there. I would feel a wierd presence or something touching me, but nothing would be there. I would feel like someone is watching, but noone is. We would shut certain doors when we go to bed and wake up with them open.
Who believes in ghosts? This girl here
why do you believe or not believe? Just do. Had some interesting things happen to me in my past.
Has any thing ghostly ever happened to you? If so please share. As a child, the doors of our home used to open and close on their own. Also, the lights would come on and off and sometimes even flicker like someone was playing with the lights but only my mother and I were living there at the time. There is more in my adult life but I will save those stories.
I believe that there are residual energies from souls, but I don't think actual souls are left behind... if that makes sense.
I've never had anything happen to me that made me believe in ghosts.

Who believes in ghosts? - I do
why do you believe or not believe? - I believe b/c I've had at least 2 experiences myself, and both my brother and sister have had several as well
Has any thing ghostly ever happened to you? If so please share.- yes, my older brother and I were housesitting once for my parents friends. The friends daughter had died several years earlier due to leukemia or something like that. I *believe* she died in the house. Well, it was around Christmas time and they had this singing frog that had a sensor on it, so when you walked by it, it would start singing some Christmas song. Well we were there, and not anywhere near it, and it started going off. Didn't think too much of it, just thought it was a malfunction or something. So we took the batteries out of it just to shut it up. Not long after that it went off AGAIN, with NO BATTERIES! Seriously, I about had a heart attack.
My brother and sister were housesitting there another time (I refused after my experience!) and they stayed overnight and swore that they heard someone walking down the hall and things banging around during the night. My brother actually brought his gun over. Not that that would help with a ghost, but it made him feel safer I guess!
One other story, my siblings and I both babysat for our neighbors across the street. The way that their family room was set up, there was room to walk behind the chair that you sat in to watch tv. Well all of us swore that when you sat in that chair, you felt like there was someone standing behind you, you know, when you just feel like someone is there. We couldn't see anyone of course, but it was freaky.
So yes, I definitely believe in ghosts.
