H and I are going to say goodbye to my bff when he gets home.
He's been at work since 5am and is gonna be crabby that we have to drive 45 mins just to say goodbye.

I hate to say it gets easier with time when they go off somewhere but it does not. I hate that DH was away from me for two weeks but I am used to it. Still is not easy.
How to kill time when he is not there is do things that you want that he would think is "taboo". Things like eating frosting or watching show tunes. That makes the time go a little faster and he will be back in your arms in no time.
