Yet another clinger!

I had emailed (a few times) with this guy from Match. No real sparks, at least on my end.  Anyway, I ended up looking him up on our state site and found out that he is actually 45.  He had put his age on Match as 43.  And he had just filed for divorce on 2/15 and his wife's address is listed as his address.  Okay, so enough red flags for me and I sent an email saying that I wasn't comfortable with this information and wished him well.

So I've gotten 4 looonnnggg emails from him explaining that it was a system error on Match that he can't figure out how to fix.  He then goes on to explain that he is honest and in order to prove this, he listed his address, his parents address, where his kids live and what he drives.  Sigh....just let it go, dude!!

  • "Stage 4 clinger!" Weird as well with the follow ups. Tongue Tied
  • WTF is with the clingers these days???
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • Yeah, I once found a guy that lied about his age too... Why do they do that?  Can you find info like this on all states sites? I have a dear friend in PA who just signed on to online dating, and I told her to check EVERYONE she is going to meet.

This is why I only use a "please-don't-stalk-and-kill-me" email address that doesn't contain any of my personal information!! He never even bothered to ask me what my name is so was addressing the email pleads to Doris (not my real name).

    THIS.

I have a separate gmail account for online dating. I actually found it useful with Match, when I was having a good time chatting with someone but was despising their chat feature. Most people have fake gmail accts, so it's a way to not use their chat client without risking being axe murdered.
