I just have to share that I ran 3.25 miles without stopping! A personal best by 1.25
I haven't run that far in a LOOOOONG a$$ time!!
I have to share with someone that will at least pretend they are happy for me. Dh seemed to have a "yea, ok?" attitude about it. My thoughts were "Hey idiot, be happy for me, will ya? I took your advice and slowed down and ran... that got me where I ended today- YOU got me to 3.25 miles without stopping. BE HAPPY" But, I moved on and came here to tell you

Re: AW Tuesday anyone?
Hooray! That's incredibly awesome. I'm bummed your H isn't more excited for you. That's seriously a huge accomplishment going from 2 to 3.25.
My personal best is 5 miles (fall of 2010). I ran the Detroit Half Marathon in October (2011) and hoped to do more than 5 miles but... DH sucks and slowed me down. So I had to walk with him. Jerk.
Nice job! I couldn't run that far in a million years.

WOW!!!! I am super excited for you! I think a few times in college I ran a mile (yes, ONE mile) without stopping...and "ran" may be generous. I think it was more like "shuffling feet just slightly faster than walking." I am a horrible runner. I hate it. My body hates it.
3.25 is more than I could ever dream of doing, and going from 2 to 3.25 is a HUGE accomplishment! Great job!
That is fantastic!!! Nice job!

Great job Mere!
My own AW: I got my federal return today! Woot Woot!!
(This is such a great change from last year, which it took the IRS months to get my federal return to me.) So I have my federal and state return sitting in my bank account....just waiting to get transferred around for wedding/honeymoon stuff. lol Too bad it won't be there for long.
Good job!
Men!!!! That's all I have to say :=)
I only run in softball, I'd rather walk instead, but DH used to job in his hayday he says. I've done the exercise bike 2 days now & it's been good to do something besides the treadmill, i've gone about 10 miles on the cross training circuit, I'm feeling it too :-)
congrats!
That's awesome!!! I'm not a runner at all, so if I was able to run .5 mile I'd be excited. lol Congratulations!!
LOL... Same here, don't feel bad. Let's hope the kids don't get our fitness genes. hahahah.
