H just texted me and told me the neighbor brought over my open credit card statement. (I charge my gas and pay it off each month).
Should I call the CC company? Nothing looks like it's missing. This is the neighbor who we don't get along with at all, so I'm concerned.

I almost *always* look at the envelope I'm opening, so if it wasn't my name I'd notice it.
Because this is the neighbor that is BSC, I'm thinking it was intentional.

I'd also call the CC company...the neighbor didn't notice the name before opening the bill? Maybe I'm weird, but I always look and make sure it's a letter that is for DH or I.
