  • I crochet, scrapbook, make cards...I love all craft projects. And I am always up for a dIY project as well!

  • I'm pretty open to crafts and diy projects.  I'm easily inspired to do crafts- it's a stress relief most of the time.

My last craft was yarn balloons- made into hot air balloons for Ben's room.
My next craft on my list will be making some lacing 'toys' for the kids and/or making clouds to go with the balloons and felt eggs for the kids' kitchen. Oh, and I just realized I have crazy amounts of tiles in my basement that I can make some coasters with- all for free since I have the tools already.

I also enjoy crocheting (thinking of making some prayer blankets for church to get rid of some of my yarn), sewing (I'm lame at it but I can sew simple projects), scrapbooking/carding making, and jewelry making. I'm dying to get a ring sizer (can't think of the name) so I can make some rings. I have to wait until I can get a 50% off coupon and then for the store to actually have them in at the same time.

My next DIY project in the works is going to be board and batten in my bedroom! :) I can't wait!!!

  • Lately I have been a big DIYer for the wedding.  Beyond that though, the last DIY thing I did was paint our house and help my FI completely redo the kitchen when he got the house.  By redo I mean gut and start over.  Beyond that I haven't done much since I was a kid.

Basically if I can do it with success and it will save money I will.

  • I like to consider myself crafty!  I quilt and sew.  I'll post some pics later of some of my most recent projects.I would like to learn to crochet or knit, but I haven't found the time yet...  Someday though!

  • I voted no because crafts/etc I suck at but I can DIY other stuff. Like painting and home repairs, we love to DIY. But making artsy stuff, no way. I am missing the "girl" gene because I don't even have an interest in it.

  • I LOVE crafting.  Right now I am working on 3 different projects for a bridal shower I am throwing this upcoming May.  I love doing the crafts and they are major stress relievers.

I love to knit too, but I really want to learn how to crochet.  I think there is a larger variety of options for designs with crocheting.
